HOPE’s educational consulting and advocacy services provide support and information that enable you to become your child’s best advocate at school. HOPE consultants are qualified to make educational recommendations and represent a parent’s perspective in meetings with therapists, teachers, administrators, and school paraprofessionals.

Our educational consulting and advocacy services include:

Educational Planning
Assisting with educational planning, including individual education plans (IEPs), 504 plans, intervention plans, and written educational plans (WEPs)

Presentations
Giving presentations at professional conferences, schools, and churches

Special Education Advocacy
Advocating for children with special needs

Transitions
Support during transitions, such as grade-to-grade, going to a new school, beginning college or job training

HOPE’s advocacy services are designed to meet educational and parenting needs. Unless specifically noted, members of our team are not medical doctors, attorneys, social workers, or therapists. Our relationship with each client is that of an advisor or independent contractor.
